Headed by a global team of international educators, U.S. faculty and performing artist professionals, Bamboo Playhouse and iDream Lab have been running transformative musical theatre and performing arts educational programs, workshops and immersions such as Broadway Me Softly and Broadway Intensive, in Singapore, Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, Nepal, Hong Kong, Myanmar, Vietnam and more. We educated and trained over 800 students and produced 20+ musical theatre productions in Southeast Asia last year alone.
Born in Silicon Valley, iDream Lab has taken its Californian heritage of creativity and innovation around the world. Our eclectic team of education experts and university faculty with over 25 years of international education experience has impacted thousands of students and organizations in over 50 countries. iDream Lab creates boutique programs with world-class universities and schools, and also offers meaningful educational experiences for students.
Thousands of students have participated in our immersions on future of work, new technologies, design thinking, entrepreneurship, creative problem-solving and performing arts as part of internationally-acclaimed Knowledge Sessions, college prep workshops and university fairs.
Our diverse backgrounds and roles include a mind-blowing collection of meaningful global projects – from teaching branding, languages and linguistics at Syracuse University; creating the first-ever U.S. education fair in South Sumatra; developing study abroad pathways for students in Indonesia, Nepal, Myanmar, Eastern Europe; directing international marketing and business development for one of the largest public higher education institutions in the U.S.; designing corporate events for Google, Facebook, Intuit and IBM Demandtec; working alongside Undersecretary of U.S. Department of Education; running an elite sports training academy with U.S. Olympians.

Artistic Director – Ms. Viktoria (USA, Europe and SE Asia)
A U.S. university faculty, Ms. Viktoria is Broadway and Hollywood-trained program director with 19 years of experience in international education. Artistic background includes Second City and Upright Citizens Brigade immersions; classical music and vocal training; directing productions with students from 70+ countries and performances in Europe, New York, California.
